Agreed, for me it's the major feature that separates if from its desktop counterparts. Finally I've a wordprocessor application I can actually control (nobody can say that the desktop apps such as Word and OpenOffice don't have layout bugs). Google Docs lets me get in there every so often and sort out the WYSIWYG mess where nothing else will. As other commenters have already said, hide it from the novice user, heck you don't even have to support my use of it. Please Google, go for the web geek vote and bring back CSS&HTML edit.
