Evance,

I have followed Toni's post and JavaScript is enabled.  It has worked for many sites.  However, it keeps telling me I need to enable the JavaScript at the following site:

https://www.lifewisewa.com/lwwa/groups/public/documents/xcpproject/provider_directory.asp

The same link works on both FireFox and IE.

The error message is:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Provider Directory - You Need To Enable JavaScript

In order to provide the highest level of service possible, Personalized Provider Directory requires Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 above with JavaScript enabled.
It appears that the browser you are using does not have JavaScript enabled. To proceed, you will need to enable JavaScript.

If your browser does not support JavaScript, you will need to download a free browser from Microsoft. Taking the time to download a new browser will not only enable you to access our site, but will also improve your overall web browsing experience by providing access to many of the latest features in browser operation and usability.

Click the "Get Microsoft Internet Explorer" button below to download the latest version of Internet Explorer.

The OS is Win 7 ultimate edition, and the Chrome version is 8.0.552.237, which the "about" says it is up to date.
