Dear Google
I first registered for an account with you in 2002. It's now in the biggest mess imaginable thanks to Google apps and you lack of "support". First of all, it's taken me over an hour to get a working login that can actually post something in a place where somewhere might see it. Everywhere else the "contact us" seems to be a euphemism for "Read another section of our FAQ and DONT contact us".

My personal account was cr...@siliconglen.com I own the domain and thought it would be a good idea to add Gmail because you are unable to migrate my existing gmail account silic...@gmail.com onto the cr...@siliconglen.com  . So I added Google apps to the account. Bad idea, very bad idea.

Having done this irreversible move, which came with no specific warnings that it might cause a problem I now find I have conflicting accounts and have to resolve the conflicts. I decided this was a lot more effort and hassle than I had banked for so backed out of the conflict by deleting the conflicting apps account I'd just created. However, the broken system no longer recognises there is now no longer a conflict and hence I have to resolve the conflict now even though none exists. You are worth billions. How easy is it to just update the system to check there's no longer a conflict and I can carry on happily as I have been for the last 10 years? The account conflict management tool even implied this would be easy, effectively just adding Gmail onto all my existing services (44). Looked straightforward enough.

I want you to either
1. Unresolve the conflict so it's no longer there and I can go back to the way it was.
2. (as a less preferred option) migrate EVERYTHING onto Google apps so that everything is in one place.

I cannot do 2 because I keep getting This product is turned off by the administrator for Siliconglen.com..
However when I log in as administrator there's no obvious option in an obvious place to turn them on.

You think this should be easy. You think that you would want people to do this and maybe offer some support rather than making their lives hell because there isn't a number to call and it takes over an hour to post something in a place where it might be seen. #Fail. I can't even get replies to this post to go to an email address that works. They should go to cr...@siliconglen.com
