Well if you have "Windows Movie Maker" All you need to do is Find all the clips you want and then add them all into one Video.

There are several things you can do. You can splice them together is Windows Movie Maker easily or you can do it online at jaycut.com. All you need to do in WMM is click "Import media" and drag the clips in the order you want and then go to file >export and then upload. Good luck!

Windows Movie Maker comes with Windows XP and Vista.
You'll need to combine your clips before uploading them to YouTube.
Once your video(s) are uploaded to YouTube there is very little that you can do to them.

Import your video to windows movie maker, select all your four videos, right click "combine".

Notice: movie maker recognize limited format including avi wmv mpeg-1, so make sure your video file is compatible with movie maker otherwise you may need a video file converter to change the format for movie maker.

Hope it helps.
