I got this link from an email from FanBox.  It uses the YouTube logo and asks for your mobile number.  In the small print, it talks about monthly recurring charges that will ensue.  I don't believe YouTube actually has an affiliation with this website.  Here's the text I got in my email message.  It was actually from my mother, but I changed the name below.

"Joe Shmoe wants you see this tiny youtube video. Launch"

Just got a similar email. It looked like a friend was sending me a link to a video, so I clicked it. It then asked for my phone number, at which point I should have stopped. They texted me a code to input, but them reading the small print it sounded like they had subscribed me to some digital service with monthly fees. Looks like a scam--phishing-- to me. Watch out for anything that says tiny YouTube.
