yes. both.

Clicking them repeatedly will probably trigger the system to throw some of the views out.
But for the most part if you watch your own video it counts as a view.

Up to around 300 views, yes, views of your own vids will typically be counted (after that, an alternative counting system kicks in that discards own views).

Just took a quick squizz of your vids:

I recognise that you're a bit of a YT rookie, so I must direct you to: http://www.youtube.com/t/howto_copyright
Be aware that unless a competition has been specifically authorised by the copyright owners of (any and all) music that you use, your vid may be a violation of YT's terms of use and it is at risk of removal (and you will receive a permanent strike against your account - three strikes and you're out!).
Yes, copyright's a PITA!
Do search above/ask questions back if you need more info about this.

Yes, I think that own channel views do get counted in "Channel Views".
Total Upload Views is different (I see that this is not shown on your channel at present), that being the sum of all your individual video view counts. Be aware that there's some considerable delay between the number shown on vids updating and the Total Upload Views shown on your channel updating, should you choose to display it.

Happy YouTubing!
