Have either of your IP addresses changed recently?

Not to my knowledge. I've been on Verizon for years

If you have a dynamic IP address that periodically changes, your new address may be one that Google is not detecting as belonging to your physical location.
My IP address will change if my power goes off and my router resets. It will also periodically change through no action taken on my part.
There is a link to a report form in the following Help Center article if Google is incorrectly detecting the location of your new IP address.
Redirecting to another Country Domain
Update: sorry about all the email responses. I just couldn't get this right and had to keep deleting it and reposting

SOLVED! This has happened to me a few times as I work on other peoples computers and for the life of me I could not figure it out, There simply was no answer on the web that would correct this problem that I could find. So I remembered a security option suggested by Windows Secrets
(THIS IS NOT A SPAM POST FOR THEM JUST GIVING THEM CREDIT)
Fix: In Internet Explorer click on tools>Internet options>privacy>advanced, then check "overide automatic cookie handling" then check off "block third party cookies" in the right hand columb In addition to clearing all cookies from temporary internet files

Spoke too soon! As soon as I rebooted it was back to google.ca But...I found the fix. Something or Someone hijacked the host file adding entries and malware so Google.ca opens and when you do a search it redirects you to nonsense pages you did not want to go to.
Actual fix: Download unlocker http://www.filehippo.com/download_unlocker/ from here or the website of your choice. Open c>windows>system32>drivers>etc. after installing unlocker right click on the host file and choose unlock it may not work but will give you the option to delete it. Do so. Then you can rebuild host file with spybot S&D from safer-networking.com and use the immunize feature
