Safari is my browser. How do I turn off Safe Search? Checking "no Filters" does not work RROY 3/31/10 4:57 PM
I am an individual and do not want information that I need blocked. Example I have had prostate surgery and searched for information about cialis.  The DNSguide pops up and tells me that is sexual content and there is blocked.  I have no webmaster and do not appreciate my computer usage all of a sudden being censored.

How do I get rid of this problem?

I don't know what the DNSguide is, but to disable Google's SafeSearch filtering ... go here ...

from the upper right corner of your Google search page select:

Settings | Search Settings | Safe Search Filtering | Do not filter my results

If that doesn't work, try the troubleshooting steps related to your preferences not sticking.

If that doesn't work, we would need to know which country you are physically located in, which Google country domain you use, and who your ISP is.
