Google maps terms of use license agreement clarification karanaso 10/7/09 5:01 AM
Dear sir/madame,

I work as a freelancer developer and recently developed a tourist/commerce/sitation guide which can be located for you to see under the http://www.xarths.gr/indexRC1.php
The web site will be publicaly available and free for everyone to use. There might be a charge of 10euros/client if someone can not add his point/company of interest by himself and requests our services.

I have read the google maps where it states that and I can not quite clearly understand if I am about to break or not the license agreement since at somepoint it states that for commercial users google maps can only be used internally (excuse my translation ..)  except and only if data and functionality provided by the "google maps API" which should grand me with the right to use it.

I would like to know how much a commercial license would cost.

Sincerely,

Sotirios Karanasios/Greece
