This isn't a question, but a suggestion.  I'm hoping a Googler will take notice.

Amber Alert's are extremely valuable to recovering missing children.  My suggestion is that Google post Amber Alerts on google.com based on the user's current location (which we all know Google is collecting already).  MissingKids.com has an RSS feed of this information and I would think this could be fairly easy for Google to accomplish.
