|Why Google is indexing Mobile Site instead of desktop version||web9899||9/13/12 10:46 PM|
The mobile version of my site is being indexed by Google instead of main website(desktop version).
why is it so?
Even I have used this also in Robots.txt
User-agent: Googlebot-Mobile User-Agent: YahooSeeker/M1A1-R2D2 User-Agent: MSNBOT_Mobile Disallow: /
Still mobile version is being shown in Google and Main site is no where.
Why is it happening?
Site is http://www.datedosti.com/

I would not block google mobile - let your sites be crawled. Use canonical tags and rel+alternate. Read how to here > https://developers.google.com/webmasters/smartphone-sites/

ok.. I have allowed Google-Mobile bot in Robots.txt
But how to use Canonical Tag. Both URLs are same actually.
http:/www.datedosti.com is for both desktop and Mobile as well.
