It can take months, did you submit your site to Google? Create a Google Webmaster Tools account with Sitemap? Do other folks link to your site?
One site seems to be under construction and the other seems to have little content...

does a 302 Temporary redirect to /main/
Any particular reason?
(Would it nmot make more sense to have it in the Root?)
Further - you have multipel URL/Intenral Duplciation issues...
both show the same content.
There is very little Content on the site to get crawled/indexed/ranked as well.

There is one problem with your www.spreadmaster.net site that you need to address. The root URL responds with a 302 redirect to http://www.spreadmaster.net/main/, which is a bad idea because 302 means "Moved Temporarily". It would be better to have no redirects on your root URL, but if you absolutely must do a redirect it should be a 301 redirect which means "Moved Permanently" and transfers all of the information for the root URL to the target URL. You do also need to get more good quality links from other well-ranked sites whose main topic is related to yours. That will improve your site's performance in all of the search engines. Good luck!
