I've poked around the Google Voice (GV) web site looking for a way to e-mail GV Technical Support, which is supposed to be possible according to text on one page. However, attempts to use a link on that page to contact Technical Support leads no where useful. So, how does one contact GV Customer Support. I've tried this forum and read a bunch of information on the GV web site to no avail. I've even asked my questions on a technical forum of another web site to no avail either. If I don't get useful help very soon, GV is going into the bit bucket where it probably belongs.

Best way to reach the Google Voice team is through troubleshooting:
Help Topics > Troubleshooting: call, voicemail and SMS issues > Some or all of my phones don't ring
There's a "contact us" link for reporting problems at the end of the questions.

That approach only takes the user to Support Options. No e-mail form, phone numbers, or whatever is shown.

This forum is the easiest to use to get whatever support you may need. Most likely there is someone who can help you with the problem. Please detail your problem here and I will give it a try.

Follow the Troubleshooting link I suggest above;
Choose the FIRST ANSWER for all the questions.
You'll come to a "contact us" link at the end of the questions.
Click the "contact us" link, and you'll get a form to "Report a Problem with Google Voice."
Have you tried that?

I found this link where you can get refunded dropped calls, but I only got $0.22 out of at least a few bucks because it only works for very recent calls below a certain time limit. I understand the time limit, but only giving you a few days to get the refund it pretty messed up. Calls I made just 4 days earlier were un-refundable. PLEASE GOOGLE step up the customer service for your paying customers, PLEASE!! Seriously!!

I have not gotten a response to my problem that I posted on the help forums or when I submitted my question via their contacts us / trouble shooting page.
Changed my google voice number and that has broken it. So I paid them to mess me up and offer no tech support! Awesome!
Calling AMEX to dispute the charge since they are not responding.

@fishmister and others. I would recommend everyone to report Google Voice to the BBB for this complete lack of customer care for a PAID product!! You can file a complaint with the BBB at the site link below.

@MatthewP: Do you really think a company like Google cares what rating they have from BBB? The only ratings they care about is their credit rating and their stock value, which is all any responsible American corporation cares about. Your belief that reporting them to the BBB will result in some action may be predicated on the false assumption that BBB is a government entity. It is not. It is a corporation. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Better_Business_Bureau) It makes its money by charging companies to be listed in it. It is the realm of small to medium sized businesses. Large corporations rarely care what it says about them.

P.S. I do agree that it is wrong that Google lacks anything really resembling customer service, but what are you going to do about it? They're Google. The closest thing yet to SkyNet a la Terminator.

You can file a complaint with the FCC. I'm sure Google cares a lot more about that than the BBB.

I disputed with AMEX and got my money back but it is still broken. I can create new groups and apply setting but the core groups that you can not delete will not allow me to update the group setting.

I am experiencing a problem with Google voice step 4 confirmation, when they call for the 2 digit confirmation code and I send it back they do not seem to hear it. Is there a way or number to call or dial Google voice to confirm another way?
