Do you already have Google Voice (Y/N)?  Y
If so, do you have a Google number (Y/N)? Y

Post your question or report below (please include specific details and error messages, if applicable):
I will be traveling to Europe with my Android phone and would like to make calls from Europe to the US (cell phones) using only WiFi. The main goal is to be able to make phone calls using VoIP through my phone without it costing money for either myself or the people I am calling.

I have read various postings, but none have fully helped me. I have acquired the following (which from what I have read seems to be most of what I need):

Google Voice number (GV app also on Android phone)
IPKall number
Fring (app on my Android phone)

Any help/direction on how I can hook this up is greatly appreciated.

Try to call forward like : GV --> IPkall 425 --> LP voip ( http://bit.ly/bnQXij ) number  --> Any international mobile number

If you have a SIP enabled US number, you can make calls while out of the country and not be charged international roaming fees as long as you make the call over a WiFi connection.
