In Windows 7, it goes under C:\Users\username\Pictures\Picasa\Captured Videos

I'm using xp pro sp3. I looked - could not find. I did a *.jpg and it was not on my HD.
Someone may have either moved or deleted some of those folders called My Pictures etc. - I'm not sure.
Is there any way to control where the snapshot goes?

Yeah, if the folder was deleted after you made the screen capture, then you won't find it.
Unfortunately, there is no option to change the location where screen captures are saved.
I've included the missing photos link in case you need it.

I uninstalled completely. Reinstalled, looks like this time seeing the My Pictures folder was not there it put the video and jpg captures in the area of the main program - in the Program Files area. And it now saves both the snapshot and video clips. This time in a different area on my computer. It took a new install, with NOT keeping previous database.
Thanks for the help, though, it's appreciated.
