Explain your issue in full detail here:
Conversation must be available in reverse chronological order. For 2 reasons.
1) Email reading shouldnt be an history book, where you get paelotic eras first, and contemporary stuff on the last page, or at least not everybody wants to read live email pushed at the bottom of the page
2) When printing (because people over 60 years still PRINT emails....., and most of them are leaders or company heads, and yet there are companies and structures in some countries which have to DOCUMENT their stuff IN SUCH A WAY THAT CANNOT PREVENT THEM FROM PRINTING), you get a expanded bunch of crap for pages and pages ... when what you want is in the last page...
So make it available please.
Please Also Include:
Operating system (e.g. WinXP): all
Program and version you use to access Gmail (e.g. Internet Explorer 7 or Outlook 2003): all
Your antivirus software (e.g. Norton 2007): none
Any extensions, toolbars or plug-ins: none

and there is also a functionality reason. Email topic development is not like a blog. Where the point is explained on the top, and people comment thereafter. Companies working with emails reach the point of the topic mostly at the end of the conversation, so it looks like crap to read and watch the history of a problem when what you need is just the solution rightaway which, is the last thing you'll see.
