It's very easy in Outlook. I want to select all the emails from one sender and then delete them all from that sender.

Use the search query "from: sender name/email id" and use the option Search Mail.
Then you have to select the option Select: All. Then the Gmail will ask you, whether you need to select All from particular page or the entire list.

Even simply search for the email add will do.  Then select all and delete.
