No. Once an email is sent, the sender has no control. It's like dropping a letter in a mailbox.

I think it has something to do with googlelabs or googlegears where you can add the option to unsend an email for the first few seconds after you click send.

When the message comes up that "Your message has been sent" an "undo" button comes up beside it that if you click before the message disappears, you can unsend your message.
