i cant get street level or ground level  3-d images, everything is flat, also, i can get photo pictures of my cousins house, but cant get photo pictures of my house?? what do i do to solve these prblems??

While Google Earth has some 3d capacity (terrain and 3D buildings) the vast majority of the imagery that you see is from 2D satellite photos. This is why everything appears flat when you zoom in. I don't think you can solve this.

Do you mean Street view? Google has not done every house on Street View yet. Alternatively the satellite imagery for your area may be some years out of date.
