Google Earth uses MSL Mean Sea Level

if you want to calculate HAE

1) Plugin Lat n long in Deg/min/sec at http://earth-info.nga.mil/GandG/wgs84/gravitymod/egm96/intpt.html
2) Whatever value you get is a geoid height
3) HAE=MSL from Google Earth + GEOIOD
