it is enabled by default

TURN OFF POPUP BLOCKER 1) Create a shortcut to Google Chrome on your Desktop or Quick Launch Bar. 2) Right-click the shortcut and click on Properties. 3) In the Shortcut Tab look for 'Target:'. 4) To the right of Target: is a URL similar to this (Windows Vista) 'C:\Users\YourAccountName\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe'. The URL will be different for other Windows Operating Systems. 5) You will need to add some text onto the right-end of the above URL like below. 'C:\Users\YourAccountName\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe' -disable-popup-blocking

When a pop up is blocked, it shows a notification in the lower right side of the window. If you need the popup, you can click there and open the blocked popup.

Pop-ups still come up. I'm using google chrome. Are some pop-ups allowed by chrome by default?
