|Menu bar not showing in Chrome||carlsongould||2/12/09 6:50 AM|
So far, I like Chrome. But, I am trying to use it for work and some of the menu bars are not visible. We are using CA Helpdesk. When I open a ticket for viewing there is a menu bar that allows me to update the ticket. In Chrome the menu bar doesn't exist. Thus, I cannot update a ticket.
Is there a way around this?
Thank you for your time

Can you provide a link to the website?

what version are you using? for example... I could not manage Cisco Wireless Lan controllers on 1.0 code but using the new HTML code in the 2.0 dev it works fine... you might run into the same issue?

The site is www.netezza.com.
Click Support and choose support login.
Unfortunately, I cannot provide you with a log in, which would make troubleshooting this issue easier. As this is the ticketing system for our customers and how I update and track the technical work that we perform for them.
Regarding Metalsiren, Can you be more specific as to how and what you did to get the New HTML?

carlsongould, metalsiren is asking whether you're using Google Chrome 1.0 or 2.0.
If you are using 1.0, you can try switching over to 2.0 using "Google Chrome Channel Changer" and see if that works better for you.
