Delete single url from autosuggest urls in address bar jt3498734 12/15/09 2:25 AM
I mis typed a url.

How do I delete this url from my address bar autosuggest list without eradicating the rest of my history? Like I'm sure in IE and Firefox there's an easy way to remove individual entries?

Thanks

you can't remove one. but you can remove them all by clearing browser history in the options panel > personal stuff tab

Thanks Dwight. Why can't you remove one?

So, basically, if you type wrongly a common url then Chrome punishes your mistake by forcing you to delete all history, right? Interesting approach they've got there.

Shift-delete does it, at least in the beta build.

FYI, for Mac users it's a bit different:

Shift + Fn + Del
