|Sync/import from one google calendar account into another google calendar account (I own both)||kblatt3||2/14/10 7:24 PM|
I set up a Google calendar account when I got my iphone a few months ago, and was able to connect it to my iPhone calendar. I just opened a gmail account which I wanted as my iPhone's default email. When I tried to change my iPhone settings to access the gmail email account, it made me change the calendar account to a new google calendar under my new gmail address. But now I have TWO google calendars: an old one filled with all my appointments and a new one that is empty. But I can only access the new one from my iPhone, and I cannot figure out how to import my appointments into my NEW calendar. When I try to set up my iPhone to import the OLD calendar, it tells me that I cannot have two Microsoft Exchange programs set up. HELP!
Please always include:
Operating system (e.g. WinXP): WinXP on my desktop
Program and version you use to access Google Calendar (e.g. Internet Explorer 7 or Outlook 2003): One of each
Any Sync software you're using or have used (e.g. Google Calendar Sync):
If you're using the non-Apps version of Google Calendar (accessing from google.com/calendar/render) or you're on Google Apps:
If you have any Labs (and which ones) or Offline enabled:

Go to each calendar.
Click sharing - edit sharing
in the box, put in the OTHER calendar gmail address.
under permissions, click MAKE CHANGES AND MANAGE SHARING, since it is yourself.
You could do the same with the othe calendar if you wanted.
Then close settings, go back to the normal calendar page
click ADD under "other calendars"
put in your other account name, and you have it.
