Domain Name:Edition:Affected Username/s:Issue Description:
Steps to Reproduce (if applicable):
Using Apps Standard, after changing the Sales to Admin under the Domain Settings->Primary administrator account and saved, it had no effect. The Administrator Account will be automatically changed back to Sales which I just simply assigned during sign-up earlier. Why is it so ? Tks

You will have to create a new user account and give that account the admin access then sign into the new admin account then you be able to remove the old admin account.
in the standard edition there is noway to changed the user names but if you upgrade to premier edition then there is a api script that you can run to rename accounts.

Yes, I'd already created a new user account named as Admin, but how am I going to give Admin Access to the Admin account ? I thought changing it under Domain Settings->Primary administrator account will do but not really so. Anyway, Sales will be retained for other purposes, tks a lot.
