|Error - Invalid page request||davegersz||10/29/09 4:25 PM|
My Google Apps email was working fine until yesterday. Now when I try to sign on, I get an Error Invalid page request. I only get this on my Mac. When I use my PC, it logs me right in. I tried to go into Safari and "Reset Safari", but I'm getting the same message. Please help me resolve this issue on my Mac.

similar problem - not in getting to the login page, but with "invalid page request" error after entering login info for id at smarterborrowing.com. in addition, mail.smarterborrowing.com doesn't gring up gmail, but host mail page. this all works fine with my personal setup through godaddy. client site hosted on bluehost - could the problem be there?

I am still having this problem on my Mac. It works fine on my PC however. Can you offer any more ideas or solutions?

It really sounds like a bookmark error, corrupted cached page, or corrupted cookies. Clearing your cache is an easy step (see reference below). I'd start there, then type in the secure URL (https://mail.google.com/a/helionation.com).
Do you have additional browsers on the Mac? If so, try one of those too.
Let us know what you find.

I tried that before and it didn't work. I tried it again and it worked...I don't know why this time was different. Thank you so much!!

Drop the s from the HTTPS part of the address in the link. Navigating directly to an https link causes the issue, navigating to http should work 100%

Thanks Andrew! It works fine with the "s" in there now, but I will keep that in mind if it doesn't work in the future.
