I have and old AdSense Account that I tried to work with a few years back. I have not been using it and have tried to get back into it. I have new email addresses added to my Google account. I tried resetting my AdSense account password and using t he old email address and wasn't letting me log in (which I thought all Google account logins via several associated emails are interchangeable??).
1) I have changed my old Adsense password - still not able to log in, was told it may NOT EXIST.
2) Requested to sign up for a new one - not Allowed to create a new one as I have an AdSense account ALREADY associated with my Google account.
3) Requested to terminate old AdSense Acount and sign up for a new one since I cannot access it - CANNOT terminate the old Adsense account as my Google account is associated with a disapproved account:
4) Tried to reset old password by answering my "Secret Question" - PASSWORD RESET SUCCESSFUL! - STILL CANT access account because : "

After reading some more Related discussions (to the right of this page) It seems there is a pattern with this particular problem.
I'm not an expert on Google's systems, but I think the AdSense site is not working well with the new interchangeable or multiple login possibility with different email addresses. So when an account is seeking reinstatement or deletion and reapplication after a period of inactivity its just ending up in a looping cycle.
I hope this can be resloved. I appreciate any help form PeggyK or any one else.
Did Tom_N ever get this resolved?

Hey there James,
So, it looks like your old AdSense account login was never migrated to a Google account. I've gone ahead and done this migration for you -- do you still have access to the email address that used to be associated with your AdSense account? If so, you'll see an email with us containing more instructions.
Your new application was disapproved for being a duplicate of your old one. I know -- frustrating if you cannot access that old one.
Let me know if you can't access that email message, and we'll find another solution.

I am having a similar problem with my current account google account/login.
I have applied for adsense several years ago and was rejected, possibly because my website language was not supported by google at that time.
I wanted to re-apply but failed to do so because it keep appearing "

Hi AdSensePro Chris PeggyK - Thanks for the help! Looks like something is happening now. That old account being deleted has initiated the review for the new account. I had set the domain for the account on a domain for a website I was going to build and didn't get approved immediately, so I now have it set to a site that is already complete and ready with content. I have resubmitted my information at the AdSense Login and seems to be under review. Once I get more communication I will update this thread.

Sounds like everything's okay to me. If the site was not complete, the new application could not be approved. But, it sounds like you've gone ahead and reapplied, so you'll just have to sit tight for that re-application to be reviewed.

A HUGE Thank-ya! to AdSense Team especially AdSensePro Chris for helping resolve my problem and PeggyK for calling attention to my situation.
Turns out that the old (ancient) AdSense account that I didn't access for a while was not able to be migrated.
Creating a new account conflicted with policy and the old one had to go first.
Finally the loop "curse" is broken! (I know... I am a dramatic individual).
This baby is SOLVED!Thanks again everyone.
