All you need to do is change it - that can mean lowering it or raising it, and then switch back to your original preference. You can then watch the video as you want, with pausing on buffer. |

Go to a video, right click it and select "Show video info." Notice it will be TagStreamPlayer, the HTTP will be 0 kbps. |
