| Spam accounts | nayhem | 4/24/12 5:24 AM | There are a bunch of accounts hyping http://giftsforpoints.info: http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=giftsforpoints.info I'm not about to browse through all of their videos and report them individually. |
| Re: Spam accounts | PeggyK | 4/24/12 10:05 AM | The forum is not the place to report users, videos or channels for violations of the Youtube community guidelines. Flag any videos you see that violate YouTube policy and then let YouTube worry about it. |

| Re: Spam accounts | JDoors | 4/25/12 5:23 AM | You don't have to police each and every video individually. Multiple violations, say, three, or a single severe violation, could get the channel sanctioned. The point that this is not the place to report content violations is, of course, still valid. |
| Re: Spam accounts | PeggyK | 4/25/12 11:05 AM | As JDoors says, not every video needs to be flagged. Just enough to get their accounts terminated. But the only way videos can be reported is by flagging them. |
| Re: Spam accounts | PoiMage | 4/27/12 5:58 PM | Even videos that are removed due to TOS and not spam and scams aren't causing the spam channels to disappear as fast - That needs to be amended. As for videos posted by botnets, I don't think Youtube is capable enough of dealing with a crinimal botne |
| Re: Spam accounts | JDoors | 4/27/12 6:00 PM | What REALLY sucks is every action they take to limit spammers and scammers limits what the rest of us can do with our channels. Grr. |
