I don't care what other people do but I like my videos to be ad-free. I don't have an AdSense account, either, and don't want one. So, why are AdSense overlay
Re: Unwanted Overlay AdSense Ads CaptRobLee 6/9/12 10:53 AM I looked at your channel and I see 45 videos. If you share the 46th video that has Ads appearing, I will look at it. Do you have a Content ID match message on your Video Manager page?

The video had a Content ID match against it; e.g. you used someone's copyrighted property without their permission or license, and instead of ordering it removed, they placed an ad on it to recoup some of the revenue
Re: Unwanted Overlay AdSense Ads WentMissing 6/9/12 8:19 PM No, this video did not have a Content ID match "against it". It had a "Matched Third Party something or other" note beside it. Re: Unwanted Overlay AdSense Ads anmoose 6/10/12 11:57 AM "Matched Third Party something or other" IS a Content ID match, and that third party, in all cases, has the legal right to order advertising on the video they've claimed, at any time they choose. They also have the right to order that video removed.
