It's practically a quarter second (if not half second) difference, and it's EXTREMELY annoying. This also happens with streams I watch, if that helps |

I did notice that it seems to be less "off" at lower resolutions, and more "off" at higher resolutions. Anybody else notice that too? |

You might have another problem but this is my best guess. You could try limiting the processes that you don't need |
