DMCA counter-notice successful but strike still there

DMCA counter-notice successful but strike still there ixfd64 8/8/12 9:50 PM A few weeks ago, one of my videos was taken down per a copyright claim. I filed a counter-notice, and YouTube restored my video. However, my account is still "not in good standing." Anyone know what's going on?

What reason did YouTube give for restoring the video? Was the claim retracted? Or did the claimant simply run out of time to respond? When did YouTube restor
