|Google displays Earth Day doodle on Holy Friday and Passover, ignoring 13 million Jews and 2 billion Christians.||Beto_Carvalho||4/22/11 12:46 PM|
Since Google, doesn't really have a way to give feedback, I am doing it here. I find it extremely troubling that Google displays an Earth Day doodle on the holiest day of two of the world's major faiths. I DON'T expect to open Google on Holy Friday/Passover and see a doodle of Moses freeing the Israelites, or of Jesus on a Cross. But Google should have the sensibility to then not put anything.
As it is, and given its history of purposefully ignoring Christmas, and other such holidays (that are not any more religious than Halloween), this is really bothersome.

Google avoid religion altogether, at all costs. If you don't like it, don't use their free services.

You really need to look into this. FirstI don't mean to create any controversy but, why is that Satan want to eradicate the word of God? Because is the truth to your salvation and eternal life. Remember Satan and his fallen are out to deceive you. But at the end if you all the lies from the once the whole word economy then we only deceived ourselves.

Whaat the heck?? I opened up Google and thought the same thing.
Hence I searched what was up with that and got this. :)
I didn't really expect a religious doodle ( although that would be cool ) but forreal?!
"Earth Day" on Good Friday and during the Passover?? That's just ridiculous. They might as well put nothing at all. "Earth Day" has absolutely no cultural significance to people whatsoever unless they're environmentalists or PETA people or something. As you showed with population numbers, Good Friday and the Passover mean something to a lott more people out there.
Is Google like attempting to get us to forget religious holidays??
And who decided "Earth Day" should be on the same day as Good Friday anyways? :P
Thatt was lame.
Bad move, Google.

well, I'm not religous and I know I would get offended if they did something religous. plus, someone would get really offended and sue google and then google would shut down. would you want that? plus, we really need to save the earth. earth day should be everyday. (but if they did the same google doodle it would get really boring.) :D
