Re: The +1 button support forum is moving GordonP2 11/14/11 1:31 AM This is standard, approval seems to be required for a users first reply to a post (you have lost your reply cherry now, so your all growded up on the dev form now), and any subsequent new posts (new topic).   No idea about the +1 as admin though.
