Re: Port fail, and now request cancelation is hung Matt Bariletti - Community Manager, Voice & Cal. 8/20/12 9:30 AM @JoesTMOPort I can in your account that your port in was indeed initiated on 8/2.  You should have received an email once you initiated the port with instructions how to cancel the port.  I can see that you were refunded 8/12.

I cancelled the port so that I could enter the correct TMO account number. However, the cancellation is still pending (according to Google Voice) As a result,
