...I am unable t o receive phone call in gmail (Chat)... Your description suggests that the Google chat phone became deselected. Did the forwarding phone called Google chat get unchecked on your Phones tab in Settings (gear icon). |

This happened to me as well. Google Chat is still checked under Settings. |

OK, no sooner do I post that I do not have the incoming problem when I find out that I now do indeed having the incoming problem. But the workaround for now is to refresh the call phone after each call, and then I will get incoming. And just a pre-em |

Just noticing another pattern: If I've recently been on the page with the Call phone up, it will work a couple of times without refreshing. But it seems to time out after a while, and I have to refresh it if I've had other windows/pages on top of it |

And now I notice that the call phone has changed to an icon. I wonder if they were tinkering with the new display, and that was the problem. Hope they've put full function back together now. |

I also noticed that calls to my GV number stopped ringing gmail. I seemed to have fixed it by unselecting and then reselecting Gmail in my list of GV numbers. |
