Postini generated errors will end with the text -psmtp. Check your log search report, after at least a 3-hour refresh and see if the message is listed, if not, it did not make it to P

Re: Customers E-mail being blocked even when they are in my approved sends list FrankM TC/Reseller 8/8/12 8:33 AM The message is coming to you and you use Postini, however the sender appears to be using http://messagelabs.com. It may be their own outbound filter blocking the message to you.

I have never looked at that log before. The e-mail in question never shows up in the log at all. They tried to send one yesterday and again this morning and nothing. What do you think that means?
