POSTINI SUPPORT IS THE WORST owenera 6/11/09 4:03 PM EVER TRIED TO SETUP A POSTINI ACCOUNT AND HAD ISSUES AND TRIED TO CONTACT THEM ABOUT IT, GOOD LUCK THEIR SUPPORT IS THE WORST. THERE IS NO CONTACT PHONE NUMBER NOTHING CAN'T EVEN GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

Google has taken the Postini portal KB and made it available online.   @owenera, What setup problems are you having? Have you by chance submitted a support request for the problem?

Re: POSTINI SUPPORT IS THE WORST PattiT 2/28/12 9:20 AM Well, as a former Postini user (when they weren't part of Google), they were good.  However, I have contacted Sales via the website (because there is no phone number), and have heard nothing in over a week.  At minimum, this is poor customer service.
