Without knowing your settings structure or a sample header to see the Postini headers, not much can be said to help answer your question at this time.

We usually don't recommend anything higher than a 2 setting, for our users. In addition, the domain is failing basic best practices of publishing SPF data. If you expect more email from this dom

Typically not a big deal but in this case it made things pretty painful.
