How do I retrieve my archived email if dropping service? hwinfreyrichman 11/17/11 8:16 AM If I choose to drop the Postini Archiving service at any time, I assume that the archived data is my property. How do I export that data from Postini to another service without IMAP?

If transferring to another service, there may be additional processes needed, to keep any compliance requirements in place. This is true for any archive solution when transferring.

SwiftDreamsInc 1/23/12 10:05 AM Is this a process that has to be done by support or can the Postini Admin for that domain be able to select a user and export that users archived mail into a pst?  If all users need to be exported is one pst created or individual pst's for each user?
