Re: MX records tt5422 7/31/12 12:13 PM Yes the service has been purchased.  Thanks for the answer for the welcome letter. It sounds like I would want MX then import users but my concern is whether the absence of users will cause issues if Postini servers are prioritized.

Re: MX records FrankM TC/Reseller 8/1/12 8:42 AM The welcome help guide article provides some good work-arounds. However, there are times that clients want the actual welcome letter sent, as it has specific information if a custom letter was created.
