Changing the title can be done but it is not automatically picked up after a story is indexed in news. NEVER change the permalink or url of an indexed article as that could cause

If something is incorrect, just fix it and move on with a 301. You can change a title and keep the url the same and that will work also. I just say it is not advised as when we have done that, sometimes the title is
