Turning off Accounts & Sync does not stop Mail - exchange accounts from sync. JoelWen 1/23/12 4:57 PM Sansung Galaxy Nexus ICS: 4.01 Carrier: Rogers. Turning off  syncronization normally stops all accounts which show up under accounts & sync from automatically syncronizing, but is not stopping exchange accounts set-up under Mail from syncronizing.  
Re: Turning off Accounts & Sync does not stop Mail - exchange accounts from sync. androidcues 1/24/12 7:45 AM that is because you still have the Email app configured as Push Email.  Find that setting and turn it off or to whatever. Then it wont bother you.

JoelWen 1/24/12 8:04 AM Push e-mail or not, should the application show up under accounts & sync, and shut accounts & sync off, the accounts with push or manual or what ever should stop automatically syncronizing.  I am not going to go into each account with push every nigh
