i am under the 30day free gmail business trial and have a go daddy hosting in which i currently transfered over to the gmail server. however, i have not been receiving all my emails to this account. I have been trying to contact a live person since am not technically savy in this area but i have not have any success. I have join the trial with intentions to purchase for the year and so on, but if i cannot get the proper support i will discontinue my trial immediately. go daddy is always available you should also be easy to contact and access for tech support.

What is your domain name?
It is probable that you have not completed the set up of your Google Apps account correctly and have no MX records. In which case you will receive no mail.

My google domain name is abmgmtgroup.com
I believe I completed every step for example I just received this email via mobile BlackBerry but it did not come through my gmail account on my computer. I called but I don't have an ID#
I really believe I should speak to some one live to expedite this process. I also have billing questions and its turning to be a frustrating experience. However, thank you for your response.

I just checked your domain name at mxtoolbox.com, and there are no Google MX records set up in the account. Fix that, and you will start receiving your mail.
