|Trouble with primary account||BlondGill||8/6/12 6:44 PM|
I have a primary account that I can not log into. I have used the google ID verification route twice now. No one has gotten back to me and I am dying to be able to use my primary account on my desktop and not just my phone.
Yes, I forgot my password. Yes, I forgot my own security question. My backup email does not exist anymore. My own forgetfulness has screwed me over. Please help so I don't have to say screw it and lose everything from that account.

If all the other methods don't work, you need to use the account recovery form.
See the following article about how to recover a lost or compromised account: http://gmailaccountrecovery.blogspot.com/
Have you done that? When? How many times? Any response from Google?

I have done this process twice. First time I had them send the response to my husband's account. They sent him an e-mail and he replied because I still needed help. That was mid July. I tried again, 2 weeks later, but I think I screwed myself over by putting the wrong date of when I accessed my account stopping the process.
I'm hoping 3rd time is a charm and they don't think I'm spamming them.

...and they don't think I'm spamming them.
They fully expect multiple attempts. As long as you wait for a reply (or several days) before submitting again you should have no problems.

Good. The last time I tried was a little over a week ago. I can still get to my e-mail via my phone and backup gmail for chatting purposes.
Thank you for your help/advice if nothing else I feel better.
