helvetica encoding problem

helvetica encoding problem benguth 5/24/12 4:02 PM I'm running chrome 19.0.1084.46 on Mac osx 10.7.4 and all helvetica text is encoding wrong; see attached pic of an email. I've tried all the different encoding types, messed with the font customizing settings, and tried uninstalling/reinstalling font

Now on version 21.0.1180.75 and OS 10.7.4 and still a problem. I’ve been going into Inspect Element and removing Helvetica from font specifications. Bogg

I finally went into Setting, Advanced Options, Web Content, Customize Fonts, and changed my Sans Serif font and Serif font. Helvetica is definitely the problem, because every time I had
