Permanent Incognito Mode? (Make incognito default for browsing) berryday 4/15/09 5:32 PM Is there any way to make the Incognito Mode a default or permanent setting, so that every window and tab I open starts in that mode, and I have to request to make it noncognito? Essentially invert the way it is now and that is what I want.

(Make incognito default for browsing) HeyPal 4/15/09 6:48 PM Good solution Kevin, but you must beware that ONLY chrome sessions initiated from your desktop shortcut will start in incognito mode. Anything opened from a shortcut, or a link in a (non-web based) email or document will NOT start in incognito mode.
