We have an account that has been delegated to 4 users. 3 users have been upgraded to GAS V.3.0.51.96 and can no longer access the account. The 4th user is still running GAS v. 2.5x and the delegation still works fine. |

If others are having the same issue, here is what fixed the problem for us. Be sure to follow each step exactly as indicated.. - Remove the delegated accounts from your Outlook. - Remove the Outlook profile. |
