Now however, my old youtube account is disabled for monetization and the new one has the error. |

The new youtube account with the email linked to the new adsense. I just opened the new adsense yesterday. I also have 3rd party access enabled for YouTube.com. |

So I'd suggest waiting a couple of more days and cross your fingers that your YT account updates. If it doesn't post back. |
