has anyone answered you question yet? I have a similar problem. I uploaded a video that was over 15 minutes long and was informed by an error message that it could not be processed unless my account was verified. So I verified my account, but the video never finished processing. I would delete it and try again, but it was a webcam direct upload, so that's not an option. Tell me if you figure anything out.
